The official legal, privacy, security, and governance framework for the entire eFind ecosystem. This document is the front door: it explains what the framework is, who it protects, how it is organized, and where to find every policy and agreement that governs the eFind Services.
eFind builds technology that people, businesses, and publishers rely on every day. That reliance only works if it is earned. The eFind Trust Framework (the "Trust Framework") is how we write down the commitments behind that trust and hold ourselves to them. It brings together, in one consistent library, the agreements, privacy notices, security commitments, and governance rules that apply across the eFind Services.
The Trust Framework exists to do three things well. First, it tells everyone who uses eFind exactly what they can expect from us and what we expect from them. Second, it gives our own teams a single, authoritative source of truth so that the way we describe a rule in one place matches the way we describe it everywhere else. Third, it demonstrates, in plain and enforceable language, that eFind is a mature technology company that treats Trust, Privacy, Transparency, Security, Responsible AI, Accountability, Fairness, User Protection, and Enterprise Governance as operating requirements rather than slogans.
The Trust Framework applies to the eFind Ads advertising platform and to the broader family of products and services that eFind operates or may operate in the future. That includes search advertising, display advertising, video advertising, lead-generation products, publisher monetization, and the reporting, billing, and account tools that support them. It is also written to anticipate products that are announced later, including AI-powered advertising technologies, Search, Shopping, Commerce, developer APIs, mobile applications, voice interfaces, connected devices, business and analytics tools, and payment services.
Individual documents in the framework describe their own precise scope. Where a specific agreement or policy conflicts with this overview, the specific document controls for the matter it covers. Where a specific document is silent, the principles in this overview and in the Governance document guide interpretation.
The Trust Framework applies to everyone who interacts with the eFind Services:
Each document names the audience it governs. If more than one document applies to you, they are meant to be read together, and we write them so that they fit together.
Capitalized terms used across the Trust Framework, such as Advertiser, Publisher, User, Campaign, Personal Information, Processing, Services, and Invalid Traffic, have the meanings given to them in the Master Definitions. The Master Definitions are the single authoritative source for terminology. Every other document draws from it so that a word means the same thing wherever you encounter it.
The framework is grouped into families. Foundation documents explain the framework itself and set our internal standards. Commercial agreements govern the relationship between eFind and the advertisers and publishers who transact with us. Privacy and data documents explain how we handle Personal Information and meet our obligations under laws such as the GDPR, the CCPA, and the CPRA. Product and platform policies set the rules for advertising content, publisher conduct, artificial intelligence, security, and traffic quality. Legal notices cover intellectual property, acceptable use, and the general terms that tie everything together.
Every document follows the same shape so it is easy to navigate. Each one explains its Purpose, Scope, and who it applies to; points to the Master Definitions; sets out its substantive terms; and lists Related Documents. Every document also carries the same commitment that guides all of them: Building Technology People Can Trust.
The complete library is below.
These are living documents. We review them on a regular schedule and whenever the law, our products, or our practices change in a way that affects them. The Governance document explains who owns each document, how changes are proposed and approved, how versions are numbered, and how we tell you when something material changes. The Writing Standards explain the plain-English approach we use so that our documents stay readable without giving up legal precision.
When we make a material change to a document that affects your rights or obligations, we will provide notice through the Services or by another reasonable method before the change takes effect, except where a change is required by law or addresses a security risk and must take effect immediately.
Questions about the Trust Framework, or about a specific agreement or policy within it, can be sent to our support team.
