Instead of simply updating your previous resume, start fresh by tailoring it to the specific eFind role you’re applying for. Align your skills with the job description, highlight relevant projects, and focus on results:

Applying Online

We encourage quality over quantity. To keep our process focused, you can apply for up to three roles within a 30-day period. Many eFind team members initially applied for other roles before landing the perfect fit, so don’t hesitate to reapply if the timing isn’t right on your first application.

 

The Interview Process

If our recruiting team believes you could be a good fit, you’ll move into the interview phase, which may vary by role but generally includes:

Assessments: You may be asked to complete assessments relevant to the role, such as coding or workstyle tests.

Introductory Calls: Typically, you’ll have brief conversations with a recruiter and hiring manager to discuss your fit.

Project Work: Some roles may require a sample project to help us understand your approach to real-world problems.

Interviews: Our interviews are thorough yet friendly, usually involving 3-4 structured conversations. We assess all candidates using clear, consistent criteria, ensuring a fair experience across the board.

Decision and Offer

Account Coordinators

Can you?

  • Provide support to the Account Management team and assigned client accounts
  • Generate and analyze weekly client and agency reports to support cross sell and optimization opportunity
  • Develop HTML newsletters and deliver to publisher groups to effectively communicate new product/ program updates
  • Execute campaign setup and production, including audits and updates of banner creative, text links, publisher facing content
  • Act as advertisers' technical liaison to ensure that each campaign is produced and executed efficiently and to customer specification

Software Engineer

What You'll Do

  • Architect & Build: Design, develop, and integrate our core ad analytics and anti-ad fraud products on CTV video distribution platforms.
  • Lead & Mentor: Play a pivotal role in the software lifecycle—hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, documentation, and team mentorship.
  • Innovate: Develop ad verification, analytics, and anti-ad fraud software that empowers ad buyers and sellers to assess the quality of ad data on CTV platforms (e.g., Roku, Smart TVs, Amazon FireStick, Apple TV). You'll be the go-to expert for technical advice and CTV expertise.
  • Collaborate: Gather business and technical requirements from broadcaster clients and drive solutions, including API development.

What You Bring
