Applying online

We encourage quality over quantity. To keep our process focused, you can apply for up to three roles within a 30-day period. Many eFind team members initially applied for other roles before landing the perfect fit, so don't hesitate to reapply if the timing isn't right on your first application.

The interview process

  • Assessments - coding and work-style assessments where applicable.
  • Introductory calls - meet a recruiter to discuss role and team.
  • Project work - show your thinking on a representative problem.
  • Interviews - three to four structured conversations with the team.

Decision and offer

After interviews wrap up, your team will review and make a decision. If selected, you'll receive an offer and start onboarding.
