We pay monthly for the prior month's earnings once your balance clears the payout threshold. You can see your unpaid balance and full payout history in the Earnings tab of your publisher dashboard.
No. You choose offers one at a time from the Offers page. Don't like one? Don't grab the code. Already running one that isn't a fit? Remove the snippet - you're not locked in to anything.
