Payouts

When and how you get paid for the views, clicks, and conversions you delivered.

Right now, eFind Ads pays publishers manually each month. Self-service payouts (ACH and PayPal) are on the roadmap - until then, our team handles every payment by hand.

How payouts work today

You earn money as your snippets serve views, clicks, and conversions. Earnings show up in real-time on the Overview, Reports, and Earnings pages.
At the end of each month, our team totals your earnings for the period.
If your unpaid balance is above $25, we pay it out by check, ACH, or wire - whichever you prefer.
If it's below $25, the balance rolls into the next month. (Small balances avoid the overhead of processing a payment.)

Setting up payout details

The first time you have a payable balance, our team will email you to collect your payout details - bank info for ACH, address for check, or PayPal email. Once it's on file, we use the same method every month unless you ask to change it.

For now there's no self-service payout-method page - contact us to set up or change your payment details.

The Earnings page

The Earnings link in the left nav shows you:

This month - what you've earned so far in the current calendar month.
Last month - what you earned in the previous full month.
Year to date - cumulative earnings since January 1.
Unpaid balance - everything you've earned that we haven't paid out yet.
Last 12 months - month-by-month breakdown to track trends.

The unpaid-balance number is approximate - final payouts may be adjusted for credits, refunds to advertisers, or chargeback reversals. Significant adjustments will be flagged in the email when we send your payment.

When am I paid?

Standard cadence: payouts go out between the 5th and 15th of each month, covering the previous month's earnings. ACH typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive; checks take 5-10 business days.

Self-service payouts - when?

Self-service is on the roadmap. You'll be able to:

Add and update your payout method without emailing us
Choose a custom payout threshold (e.g. pay me whenever I'm above $100)
See payment history in your dashboard
Download year-end tax documents

We'll email everyone at least two weeks before the switch.

Taxes

For US-based publishers, eFind Ads issues a 1099 each January if your annual earnings cross the IRS threshold ($600 today). Non-US publishers need to fill out a W-8BEN before the first payment - we'll send the form when it's needed.
